Systems Developer & ABAP Programmer
Job Description
Development / Customisation of Systems / Applications through Identification of Manual systems and Automation of the same to improve Data Flow and availability.
Support existing Applications
Performing Routine Maintenance on SQL Servers, Oracle servers and databases for ERP-SAP and all Database Applications
Terminal Services Support
MIS Reports & Customisation.
Ensuring Documentation of Procedures and Policy enforcements.
Ensure Regular and Reliable Backups System is in Place
Provide integration processes for all information systems in the organisation
Perform other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
- Bsc Computer Science or a relevant IT Tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of either VBscript/PHP/VB.Net/ C++/ Java or ASP.NET Mandatory / ABAP programming
- SQL and PLSQL Scripting is required
- Problem identification and resolution skills
- Experience with ODBC and integration of databases.
- Project Planning and management skills are added advantage
- 2+ years ABAP/Oracle / MSSQL/ My SQL dba experience, including monitoring, sizing,
- 2+ years of SQL development.
- 2+ years of systems/program development – with database languages or 4GL languages.
