Job Title: Import Assistant
(1 Position)
Qualifications: Diploma in business related course from a reputable institution
Experience: Shipping experience essential
Salary: 20,000ksh Net pay plus transport allowance
Gender: Female
Age bracket: Below 30 years
Any other desirable attribute: Computer literate
Commencement date: As soon as possible
Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Branch Manager or his Authorized Representative.
As an Import Assistant your duties will include, but not limited to,
- The gathering of all documents requested by customs for shipment clearance
- The opening of customer import file
- Keeping of all records for each import/ operation
- Preparation of import process
- Any administrative task as may be given by the Branch Manager, or his Authorized Representative.
