Accountant Assistant / Accounting Clerk (4 Positions)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers and preparation of final accounts.
- Preparation of monthly Trial Balances and Bank reconciliation.
- Preparation of the staff payroll and salary payments.
- Rendering monthly remittances of statutory deductions
- Responsible for renewal of staff NHIF card
- Responsible for submission of Income Tax Return
- Preparation and dispatch of all invoices
- Preparation of reports on operating results, rent, cash collections and annual subscriptions
- Responsible for proper storage and custody of accounting documents.
- Assisting in budget preparation.
Requirements:
- Should have at least a C.P.A (K)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field will be an added advantage
- Should have at least two years experience in a similar position.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting packages such as Excel, Spreadsheets and QuickBooks
Type of Contract:
Full time and permanent (subject to 6 months probation period).

I have been an accounts clerk for along time with experience in most of the responsibilities you posted especially preparation of ledgers, preparation of payroll and remitting the statutory deductions are some of the responsibilities I have handled for 1 and a half years,I have CPA 1 sec II but fearing to apply because of the high qualifications. Help please. Thanks

Help people find jobs and not direct people to individuals who are going to take advantage of poor kenyans with their hard earned money. Unless you are part of the scam. They are conmen. anybody else reading this dont send them any money for the so called medicals. Even the website is fake.
