1. Site Managers / Engineers – Bsc in Civil and Structural Engineering or a Higher National Diploma in Building Construction.
 

2. Foremen – Diploma in Building Construction or Civil and Structural Engineering.
 

3. Site Quantity Surveyors – Degree or Diploma in quantity surveying.
 

4. Site Clerks – Certificate in Supplies Management or other relevant courses.
