Attain Enterprises Solutions Ltd. is a medium sized Software Development Company seeking to recruit a Receptionist.
Reporting to: Administration & Operations Manager
Requirements
- Diploma in front office operations or similar qualifications
- Proven working experience in similar roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area, straightens Board room, updates phone list
- Receive, log and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain security by controlling access to the office
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Taking minutes during in house staff meetings
- Perform other tasks as assigned and/or delegated by their supervisor
