The Role: This is a supervisory position which entails ensuring the day to day smooth running of the retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing sales duties:
- Overseeing the day to day running of the branch
- Coordinating with Marketing & Commercial depts. to identify and penetrate new markets for growth.
- Ensuring implementation of management objectives at retail level
- Pushing sales at the branch
- Ensuring adherence to customer service standards
- Working to always improve customer service at the branch
- Receiving customer feedback from branch team and customers and giving feedback to Head of Commercial & Administration.
- Coaching staff under you to grow and develop in all areas such as selling skills, supervision, better behaviours, product knowledge etc.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure issues raised about branch are addressed at branch level.
- Holding meetings with branch team at least once a week to address issues/solve problems and so forth.
- Resolving customer complaints
- Being the liaison between Management and branch team.
- Ensuring branch is spotlessly clean at all times.
- Ensuring clients receive excellent After Sales Service.
- Managing stock and responsible for its safe keeping.
- Establishing and maintaining customer loyalty at branch level.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by your superiors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Must possess management ability
- Self driven and result oriented individual exhibiting discipline, professionalism and initiative.
- Resilient and flexible team player and leader with ability to produce creative and pragmatic solutions to problems that may arise at work.
- A quick learner, adaptable and able to work well under pressure with or without supervision.
- First-rate communication and inter-personal skills with strong reporting abilities.
- Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales. Experience in managing a retail outlet is an added advantage.
- Must possess natural flair for sales
- Computer literate
- Willingness to be part of our corporate values and culture
