Merchant Relations / Quality Assurance Intern at Ringier Kenya
Reporting to: HOD Merchant Relations and Quality Assurance
Job Purpose Statement: To ensure availability and sale of quality goods and services
Targets and Responsibilities
- Order stock from merchants
- Communicate with merchant in regards to stock counts
- Liaise with merchants on payment after deal has been closed
- Assist in quality checks and price checks of products
- Use our CRM software to manage deal process
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional planning and organization skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous use of CRM Software desirable
- PR skills/ experience desirable
