Senior Farm Administration Manager at East African Growers
We are establishing a flower farm in Gishili Park in Rwanda to grow Roses and wish to recruit a Senior Farm Administration Manager with a view to managing day to day operations of our new Rose Farm.
The job holder will perform activities to support the Production Manager in producing high export quality products
- A Graduate of any discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Commercial Flower Farm which is in-valued in hi-tech growing under protected cultivation and exporting to various markets. The Rose Flower Farm cannot be less than 15 ha.
- The ideal candidate must in addition have experience in Certification levels like M.P.S. ABC. M.P.S.-GAM and ETI or any other similar social / GAP Certification.
- Administration Management experience on commercial farm with at least 300 employees.
- Indicate your flower markets contacts for references.
