Horticulture Junior Production Graduate Trainees at East African Growers
We are establishing a flower farm in Gishili Park in Rwanda to grow Roses and wish to recruit 2 Graduate Junior Production Trainees to strengthen the management team with a view to producing and delivering high quality roses for direct export markets.
The job holder will be involved in coordination and control of the production activities of the farm under the supervision of senior production manager and/or farm consultants.
The areas of responsibilities will include irrigation, crop protection,
post-harvest procedures and IPM.

- Degree in Flori-culture/ Horticulture / Agriculture Science.
- Post-graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture /Floriculture is added advantage.
- Working experience in commercial farming will also be added advantage.

for all production activities including new crop establishment, general
crop husbandry, crop protection and feeding under guidance - The ideal candidate must in addition have post-harvest experience including harvesting, cooling, grading and shipping.
- Experience in growing under IPM will have an added advantage.
- Experience in organic farming will have an added advantage.
