The successful candidates will experience a two (2) year GMT curriculum, in line with the Bank’s Leadership Development Programme.

Qualifications
- A maximum of 1 (one) year total work experience in the fields of relationship management and business development;
- Bachelor’s Degree (Upper Second) from a reputable university and;
- Minimum of A- and above in KCSE.
