Our client recognises that talent is at the heart of realising this vision. It is in this regard that we seek to hire world class Graduate Management Trainees (GMT) to join its team of driven and successful professionals.
The Role: The role of the Graduate Management Trainees (GMTs) is to achieve business growth for the Bank by selling an array of Bank products within the assigned market segments.
The successful candidates will experience a one (1) year GMT curriculum, in line with the Bank’s Leadership Development Programme.
The GMTs will also be expected to cross sell Bank products and services to enhance value-added relationship with existing customers.

Qualifications
- A maximum of 1 (one) year total work experience in the files of relationship management and business development;
- Bachelor’s Degree (Upper Second) from a reputable university; and
- Minimum of A- and above in KCSE.
