We are looking for result oriented, excellent in communication and highly charismatic individuals in customer/client interactions.

• Liaising with clients and ensuring high customer service excellence
• Assist in the coordination and operations of the fleet tracking system
• Ensuring that bookings are recorded and allocated appropriately and timely
• Making sure timely dispatch of vehicles and that no delays are experienced
• Ensuring fair distribution of duties among all the chauffeurs
• Promoting company image by observing professionalism and courtesy while  serving clients on emails and/or calls
• Preparing daily dispatch reports in regard to transfers made
• Responding to clients calls/e-mails on time and giving timely response
• Liaising with the fleet supervisor to ensure that vehicles are available for the convenience of the clients
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

• Diploma in customer care
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Proficiency in office computer packages
• Coded Radio language skills
• Highly flexible (able to work at night or for long hours)
• Excellent reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and be a team player
• Should be a person of high integrity
• Experience as a radio controller in a Cab company or security firm will be an added advantage.
