- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem;
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- A Fresh Graduate 2011-2013
- Any Degree
- Proficiency in computer packages especially excel, internet and word.
- Good communication both verbal and written
- Good organization skills
- Attention to detail
Salary: KShs 15,000 – 20,000
