Position Overview: The role is responsible for overseeing sale of hardware tools and equipment through ensuring effective sales strategies and management of a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy
- Monitor sales and market share and implement strategies to counter downturns
- Analyze research data and their implications to the company
- Advise on appropriate products for the market
- Manage and grow the agency network
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role handling hardware tools and equipment
- Bachelors degree in business related field
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify market opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to interact with clients at different levels, and establish & maintain relationships
