Distributor Sales Rep at Mesora Distributor Limited
Mesora Distributor Limited is an appointed distributor of Unilever products since 2001. Mesora distributors is a chain dealing with fast moving consumer products (FMCGs) services in Kenya. Our mission is to avail quality consumer products and services to our customers within the region.
Job Purpose: Reporting to the commercial distribution manager and territory manager. The position is responsible for ensuring that goods are distributed to existing and new clients according to the set targets by management.
Responsibilities (Function and Duties)
- Selling goods to areas and clients that have been designated to you.
- Reporting to management any new developments at the sales field that concern the business, including competitor activities.
- Ensuring order made by clients are communicated to management and following up on timely delivery of the same.
- Confirm delivered orders are correct as per the client list.
- Ensuring that the delivery team handles the goods as preferred by the client.
- Reporting any damages to stock and equipment given to management as soon as possible.
- Reporting any customer grievance to the management.
- Implement on trade activities and maximize on promotions items.
- Ensuring proper invoicing is done in accordance to the client orders.
- Envisage of customer service.
Qualifications (Academic and Professional)
1. KCSE C+ and above
2. Diploma in sales and marketing from a reputable institution.
3. IT proficient
4. Two years work experience in sales and marketing.
5. Good conduct certificate.
