Plumber at Lloyd Masika Limited
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Generating inspection reports reflecting condition of plumbing and associated components.
2. Providing troubleshooting and diagnostic services using relevant test equipment.
4. Conducting preventive maintenance requirement in accordance to established maintenance procedures recommendations.
5. Carrying out installations, alterations, repair and general maintenance using high level plumbing skills and knowledge.
6. Ensuring all installations, repair and maintenance meet the requirement of the appropriate code and environmental protection requirements.
7. Preparing plumbing budgets and order of supplies.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Certificate or Diploma in plumbing or related course from a nationally recognized institution.
- Proficient knowledge in fundamental of plumbing services related to water distribution and waste water disposal systems in large commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of relevant safety requirements, building codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings.
- More than three years of experience in buildings which are not less than 10 floors height.
