It has come to our attention that some users have been swindled by con artists. Please do NOT spend a penny for interviews. Organizations hire HRM firms to do the job which they in charge get paid for. You should not pay any fee for registration or DRUG TESTS..
Hiring is free and the company should pay for that once they see you as the fit candidate.
Certificate of GOOD Conduct is found at CID and only you can get one. Don’t be fooled that someone can get it on your behalf faster or do on your behalf.
Keep your money!! Stay out of scams.
Be smart! If you suspect a company is a fake ask to see their certificate of incorporation or registration. It should be available in every genuine registered company.
Inform us if you find a fake post or you are asked for money. We understand that you are seriously looking for a job but that doesn’t mean you get conned.

I received a similar email yesterday with the same content and organization (Child African Aid)which i had sent my application. One of the requirements was that i had to sit in for a PAT test and looked at the website that i was referred to, it kept me wondering how come i have to look for an International accredited invigilator yet its an organization that has a HR who may instead have called each individual who had been shortlisted to sit in their office and do the exam instead of PAYING AN EXTERNAL INVIGILATOR and sending the results(for genuinity purporses).. I sensed trouble, i went ahead and called that number offered up there from (Child African aid)for clarification but to no avail. I therefore decided to just google that number and alas, i find a similar post from Mike…I thank God for having have trusted my instincts…. KENYANS BEWARE!!

Am very shocked to read the above posts. I have also been conned by these con artists! Here is the email I received from them: I paid KES 6000 for the PAT test to HR Consult and sent the certificate to Child Advocacy Fund as instructed. I have never heard from them again and they never respond to any emails.

Yes…. indeed I got a similar e-mail as Mike and Agnes this time from a so called Hunger Aid Africa INGO claiming to have a headquarters in San Diego USA and Africa Regional Office in Nyerere Road Arusha Tanzania. What caught my attention was no physical address for the Arusha office though all websites (Hungeraidafrica and Hotnetsolutions) seemed genuine. To my surprise, when I sent an e-mail to PAT invigilator at Hotnetsolutions asking them to confirm M-Pesa payment to one James Mokaya, he immediately sent the Test paper even when i had not yet sent the money. So I played along and did the test, sent it for marking and they sent me results the next day. On scrutiny of the results certificate, there was a mismatch between the number of questions in the test paper and those returned as marked.
These SCAMS…….am now waiting for the next SCAM from the “Employer” that referred me to the “Invigilator”. AM Sure Either is struggling to Explain the whereabouts of the “Receipt” of the M-Pesa…..This sight has been even more insightful into these THUGS operations.
This scam has reached Uganda too. I received an email written EXACTLY like what most of you have shared! Word for word!!! It’s quite sad how these people keep trying to scampers of innocent people.
