As part of our commitment to meeting our performance objectives, we are looking for top class individuals to fill vacant positions in Finance Department.
Position 1: Senior Payroll Administrator
The Job
Reports to the Head of Financial Accounting.
Key Result Areas
- Management of payroll Team.
- Managing a payroll database of nearly 6000 employees.
- Remittances of PAYE Tax Returns to the Government.
- Management of payroll deductions and reconciliation of Payroll Accounts.
The Person
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:-
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance or a related business field.
- A Certified Public Accountant.
- Good understanding of PAYE.
- At least 5 years working experience in a comparable role.
- Aged between 30 – 40 years.
- A team player with ability to work under pressure, attention to details, problem solving skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- High standards of ethics and values.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with all levels of employees.
Position 2: Inventory Control Accountant
The Job
Key Result Areas
- Determine cost of imported products.
- Valuation of all raw materials.
- Review Finished goods standard cost.
- Coordination of Physical verification of Inventory.
- Maintenance of accurate vendors details
- Preparation of relevant Inventory reports to Management
The Person
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:-
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance or a related business field.
- A Certified Public Accountant.
- At least 5 years working experience in a comparable role.
- Aged between 30 – 35 years.
- A team player with ability to work under pressure, attention to details, problem solving skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- High standards of ethics and values.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with all levels of employees.
Position 3: Accounts Payable Accountant
The Job
Reports to the Head of Financial Accounting.
Key Result Areas
- Management of Account payables team.
- Payments of Company vendors on time.
- Preparation of weekly cashflow forecast.
- Reconciliation of Creditors statement.
The Person
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:-
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance or a related business field.
- A Certified Public Accountant.
- At least 5 years working experience in a comparable role.
- Aged between 30 – 35 years.
- A team player with ability to work under pressure, attention to details, problem solving skills, with a high level of accuracy.
- High standards of ethics and values.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with all levels of employees.
