Project Assistant at Tuskys

Overall Purpose: Coordinating and managing projects against budget, cost and timeline.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinating and managing projects against budget, cost and timeline.
- Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timeline.
- Report on the progress of the projects using agreed Gantt schedule
- Apply pressure and consistent follow ups to service providers and contractors to ensure they deliver they projects on time.
- Report to project manager on the status of all ongoing projects against expected timelines
- Maintains an active checklist of all the projects and contractors onboard.
- Summarize a budget for each project before commissioning is done.
- Coordinate the launch of completed project and subsequent handover to relevant department within the organization.
- Any other duty which may be assigned by Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- A diploma in business related filed
Desired Skills
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver results with minimal targets
