Admin Assistant at Safepak Group Kenya
- answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing & maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- retrieve documents from filing system & handle requests for information and data
- resolve administrative problems and inquiries & prepare written responses to routine enquiries
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- maintain office supply inventories, Prepare Invoices and Delivery Notes
- coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
- maintenance of the attendance of all staff
- receive orders from clients
- sales recording and confirming
Skills and Competences
- Degree/Diploma in Business related course/Purchasing & Supplies
Experience:
- 1 – 2 years in admin work especially Inventory management.
Salary Kshs. 25,000
