Procurement Assistant at Hashi Hauliers
Key responsibilities include:-
- Solicitation and evaluation of quotes.
- Processing of purchase orders.
- Checking order acknowledgments and following-up on deliveries.
- Filing ordering documentation.
- Contacting distributors and producers.
- Helping suppliers solving related purchasing issues.
- Assisting the purchase officers in their daily tasks.
- Maintaining master data.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supplies.
- Professional Membership with the Institute of Purchasing & Supplies.
- 2 years working experience in purchasing & supplies.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Office applications and the Materials Management module of an ERP system, ideally SAP.
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Presentable, Assertive.
- Self-driven, Team Player, Results Oriented, Integrity, and Problem Solving Skills, Continuous Learning
