Web Application Development/Design Intern at Sasahost Limited
Sasahost Limited is currently looking for a goal oriented intern who can play a role of web application development / design for 3 months.
Duties:
- Website design and development.
- Assist in project presentations to the clients.
- Assist in providing user training and support of web solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related course (MUST have completed studies).
- Proficient in PHP language and MySQL database design.
- Knowledge in XML, CSS, Javascript and related technologies such as jQuery.
- Experience with Content Management Systems, especially Joomla, Drupal and WordPress.
- Experience with Magento eCommerce will be an added advantage.
- Experience with shopping carts and payment gateway integration.
- In depth knowledge of graphics editing software (Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator or any other)
- Joomla template design/customization, WordPress theme design/customization
- Joomla module development/customization.
A tax deductible monthly stipend of KSh 25,000 will be given during the 3 months internship.
