Jovago is sourcing for a Content Agent to collect data and analyse content processes in our client hotels, in order to create profiles for the hotels.
In this role you’ll spend a lot of time calling hotels to conduct surveys and gather content to develop hotel profiles.
The Content Agent will be reporting to the Head of Content.
The desired competencies:
- Implementing content management operations, procedures and best practices.
- Collecting and analyzing data from signed hotels
- Use of other online platforms and social media to gather information and pictures of hotels.
- Ability to use Photoshop
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotel.
- Managing yourself and tracking progress with Excel spreadsheets/Smart sheet.
- Creating trust with all partners
- Building and leading cross-functional teams that are able to anticipate and deliver solutions to client issues.
- Supporting the other teams and work closely with the Key Account Managers.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Kiswahili, English and Amharic languages is a must.
- Undergraduate degree/Diploma in relevant field
- Independent and resourceful
- Good listener paying attention to details and accuracy
- Strong drive and leadership
- Impeccable communication skills (spoken and written)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A good understanding basic photography skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to meet demanding Content Management targets
- Previous Data collection/Call center experience will be an added advantage.
- Mentality of client service and taking responsibility beyond direct duties.
- High level of motivation, determination and commitment.
- Ability to create good relations with clients and sell the broader picture of jovago.
