Sales Executives at Kencall
Location: Nairobi (Industrial Area)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Independently processes to obtain leads through possible develop sourcing opportunities
- Contact potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how the service can meet or exceed these needs
- Advise the clients on the service and the benefits
- Build rapport with internal teams, identify, establish and develop new accounts and ensure the clients receive the best consultation.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
- Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends
- Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
Skills / Requirements
- Minimum diploma in sales and marketing
- At least 1 year of experience Sales role, as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Consultant or similar, is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure and set targets
- Initiative as a motivated ‘self-starter’
- Teamwork and Tenacity
- Good listening skills, verbal communication skills including a face to face manner that is engaging and articulate with ability to establish rapport
- Ability to persuade, sell and negotiate
- Capacity to work to deadlines within a pressurized environment
- Capability to priorities & multitask
- Competitive ability
