Reporting to Consultant and working closely with the client team, the Recruiter / HR Consulting Assistant will be involved in general recruitment & HR support in the provision of HR consulting services to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment activities including job advertising, receiving and reviewing applications, interviews and selection, contracting and inductions.
- General correspondence and ensuring constant communication with client during an assignment.
- Drafting and reviewing job descriptions
- Develop and review client HR policy Handbooks
- Drafting new contracts and reviewing existing employment contracts.
- Provide support in training consultancies
- Offer professional advice to clients in matters related to HR procedures, Labour Law Acts provisions and regulations.
- Support interpretation and execution of HR strategies.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Capture and record client needs and specifications during meetings.
- Participate in managing client HR Administration and personnel documentation
- Document HR consulting procedures for individual clients and ensuring filing of related documents.
- Draft reports at different intervals of an assignment (as per work plan) for review and presentation to client team.
- Ensure HR procedures accorded to clients are within provisions of the labour law Acts, company policies and meet international standards.
- Conduct regular research to keep up to date with current affairs, labour and government regulations as well as market changes affecting human resources.
- Other related assignments as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR
- At least 1 year experience in a busy HR environment a MUST
- Experience in a HR consulting environment an advantage
- Recruiting experience with “out of the box” recruitment techniques a MUST
- Excellent computer/Ms Office skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
