Kimisitu Sacco is a national Savings & Credit Society drawing its members from Non – Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Embassies, International Missions and other Reputable Organizations in Kenya.
We currently have the following temporary position:
Temporary Receptionist
1 Post
General Summary: Reporting to the HR & Admin Officer the job holder will will attend to visitors and deal with enquiries on the phone and face to face.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Professionally managing of the Society’s switch Board
- Greet and welcome visitors to the society and courteously direct them to the relevant office
- Respond to general enquiries from the public and members
- Dispatch cheques and other correspondence
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
- Marketing of the Sacco
Qualifications
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Studies or Public Relations or equivalent
- Minimum KCSE Mean grade of C-
- Computer Literacy
- Interpersonal skills: Good communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Past experience in customer care or receptionist work is an added advantage
