Requirements:
Location: Nairobi (Industrial Area)
Company Description: KenCall – Call Centre / BPO
- Fully conversant with the USA Healthcare Industry
- Excellent in Telesales conversions will be an added advantage
- Prior experience dealing with senior executives will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of the Call Centre Process
- Neutral accent acceptable to the U.S. & Canada markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent personality and customer service skills
- Quick learner with great organizational skills.
- Possess an Undergraduate degree at the minimum requirement
- Great personality
