Actuarial Technician at Resolution Insurance Company Ltd

Reporting to the Assistant Actuarial Manager, the Actuarial Technician’s purpose is to ensure pricing of products and quotations, timely response to clients on corporate quotes and queries to do with product structure and benefits.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Timely preparation of corporate quotations.
- Compilation of tender documentations and ensure timely submission.
- Timely preparation of corporate renewals.
- Pricing of products and revision of existing product lines.
- Technical reserving as per IRA guidelines.
- Handling queries with regard pricing and products as directed to the pricing helpdesk.
Essential:
- Bsc in Actuarial Science or Bsc in Applied Statistics with at least one professional exam pass.
- No prior work experience needed but previous work experience in an actuarial department will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills(both written and oral communication)
- Enthusiastic about advancing in Actuarial profession.
- Self-driven and innovative
