Responsibilities:
- To ensure all staff follow the correct work procedures.
- To liaise with all customers, addressing any concerns or issues
- To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, including an ability to negotiate and convince others effectively.
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality management or Hotel and institution management or housekeeping or home economics
- One year experience and above
