Customer Service Assistant at Sealed Air
Sealed Air is a leading global provider of cleaning and hygiene, food packaging and protective packaging solutions, serving customers in the lodging, retail, food service, health care and food and beverage sectors, as well as building service contractors.
Sealed Air has a vacancy for Customer Service Assistant.
Key Accountabilities:
- To provide an efficient telephone and reception service to all callers and staff of the company.
- Respond to requests for quotations, orders and lead-times from customers and record daily sales orders;
- Key in orders
- Make quotations on standard items and relay pertinent order information to customers;
- Receipt of cash and cheques
- Debt collection and sales via telephone
- Support Account Managers in follow-up of customer issues
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration/Sales & Marketing
- Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word,)
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position
