Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the provision of quality health in the nursing home and all branches
- Formulate and implement strategies and policies to ensure performance and growth of the nursing home
- Oversee and coordinate activities of all branches
- Set performance benchmarks for clinical and nursing services and undertake staff performance appraisal for managers in the functional areas and branches
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff
- Provide specialist and strategic advice to the CEO on clinical, nursing and consultancy matters
- Coordinate logistics, cleaning and security duties
- Coordinate marketing activities of the Nursing Home
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
- Degree in any Business Related Field
- Diploma in Nursing/Clinical will be an advantage
- Diploma in business administration will be an advantage
- Must have 10 years’ experience, 5 of which should be at Senior level and preferably in a hospital
- Strong commitment to in-patient and out-patient care of patients and customer care
- Excellent team management and people skills are essential.
- Good IT skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake menu planning
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of main meals, snacks, cakes, etc. in accordance with specified menus.
- Determine quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served, taking into account diets to meet medical, ethnic and personal needs.
- Check quantity and quality of stock received and notify suppliers of deficiencies.
- Oversee washing and cleaning of floors, crockery, utensils, work surfaces and other kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen and dining room as appropriate.
- Ensure that the appropriate clothing, including head wear, is worn at all times in accordance with the health guidelines.
- Co-operate fully with the statutory inspections and implement recommendation as appropriate.
- Supervise other the Kitchen Staff Team on shift and undertake performance appraisal
- To undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Certificate in food production from a recognised institution
- Experience of 3 years working in a kitchen providing meals for large numbers
- Ability to prepare and serve well presented and attractive meals to individual requirements.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing nutritious meals and offer a range of choices including to those with specific dietary requirements.
- The ability to form positive relationships with colleagues.
- Knowledge of prevailing regulations on Hygiene.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring patient care, including medication, orders and treatment
- Assisting the physicians/clinical officers in performing special procedures
- Monitor closely cardiac and physical status of patients under the direction and guidance of the Matron
- Assisting in emergency nursing procedures necessary for promote control of changes in patient(s) physical conditions
- Ability to perform the techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, accurately and effectively
- Keeping a breast of changing techniques in critical accurate nursing and maintaining high level of professionalism
- Maintaining accurate medical records in liaison with records officer
- Ensuring economic use of equipment and supplies
- Counselling patients and family
- Hold a Diploma in KRCHN/KECHN from a recognised institution
- Has a Registration Certificate with Nursing Council of Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit for approval of the CEO, annual operating budgets and plans
- Ensure all revenue due to the nursing home is collected, accounted for and banked intact;
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance personnel
- Set performance benchmarks for finance and undertake staff performance appraisal with appropriate recommendations
- Ensure all expenses are properly authorized, approved and have documentary support
- Ensure finances of the Nursing Home are only incurred on account of the business only and that the business gets value for money
- Ensure prompt and accurate billing of corporate clients, follow up and prepare reconciliation reports of each account and take necessary action.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of creditors, carry out reconciliation and ensure timely payments
- Prepare daily reports of revenue collection and expenses, monthly/annual income and expenditure statements and financial position of the nursing home
- Prepare and maintain an up-to date register of all assets
- Implement sound principles in maintenance of cash books, general ledgers and preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Prepare business plans and projections as may be required from time to time
- Ensure timely preparation of payroll, payments of salaries and remittance of statutory deductions
- Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting/Finance Option), or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Part II of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (CPA I);
- Must have 5 years experience in accounting or finance
- Certificate in computer application skills;

- Undertake dispensing of drugs and other medical supplies at the pharmacy
- Manage drugs and other medical supplies in the pharmacy at headquarters and in all branches
- Manage drugs supplies in liaison with the Administration and Procurement Manager by observing re-order levels
- Manage drugs stocks at all pharmacies effectively to avoid dead stocks or expired drugs at headquarters and in all branches
- Monitor reception of drugs at branches and ensure records are updated promptly
- Prepare periodic reports to CEO through GMO
