Purpose and Objective
Sales Executives at Panagro are responsible for generating new sales of our high quality produce to a variety of buyers in high-end establishments.
As a sales executive you will be responsible for delivering on sales growth numbers per industry or per geography, in accordance with company policy and strategy.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Generating and closing leads from the assigned area / industry
- Produces weekly activity reports and monthly activity plans.
- Participates in sales meetings.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance to client meetings
- Populating accurate and quality client information into our CRM
- Customer education and marketing of all our products
- Delivering on monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Representing Panagro well to our clients

- Basic knowledge of food service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated self starter
- Negotiation and influencing
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Planning and organizing skills
- Presentation planning & delivery
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or any other degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 year’s proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG
- Computer literacy in MS Office and email required, including internet proficiency.
Location: The position is based in Nairobi
Duration: Full-Time
