Kenya Coastal Development Project (KCDP) is a multi-sectoral development project financed by the World Bank and the Global Environment Facility, hosted by the Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute (KMFRI) and implemented by seven Government Agencies.
The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to improve management effectiveness and enhance revenue generation of Kenya’s coastal and marine resources.
A total of 11 (Eleven) internship slots are available in the following KCDP programmes:

Duration of internship:Maximum of 6 months (non-renewable).
- Have completed a Diploma, First degree or Masters degree from a recognized university;
- Are below 35 years of age;
- Are in good health as supported by a medical report.
- An application letter;
- Copy of national identification card;
- Copies of academic and professional certificates including curriculum vitae;
- A personal statement describing motivation and expectation of the KCDP internship;
- Medical report.
