Reporting to the Branch Manager, the CSA will be expected to:-
- Deliver the highest quality customer service to our clients, staff and visitors as the initial point of contact by acting professionally and efficiently, using tact, diplomacy and discretion.
- Respond to a wide range of enquiries from the clients, visitors and the general public by clearly understanding our business and products.
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries and respond to requests for information received by email.
- Accurately collect and record client information / complaints and direct them to the relevant staff to ensure client satisfaction.
- Run the administrative aspects of the Branch.
- Organize and coordinate Branch events and activities
- Manage the petty cash, collateral accounts and event expenses.
- Ensure Branch cleanliness and orderliness
- Uphold the fulfillment of Musoni’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Business related Diploma
- Computer literate and proficient
- Strong communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- High integrity

We are looking for suitable and qualified individuals to fill the positions of Wealth Creation Officers in our various branches.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Officers will be expected to:
- Consistently grow the company’s product portfolio by marketing to individuals and groups.
- Develop plans for growth of the product and identify suitable clients.
- Conduct client education on the new products features and requirements
- Conduct loan appraisals
- Visit client business premises from time to time during loan assessment and monitoring to ensure the quality of the loan is maintained at the expected level
- Participate in the setting of personal product targets and work toward meeting the same
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Diploma in business related discipline from a recognized college.
- A business related degree will be an added advantage
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Group or Individual Lending from a Microfinance Institution or Commercial Bank.

We are looking for a suitable and qualified individual to fill the position of a Branch manager in our upcoming Kisii Branch.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the BM will be expected to:-
- Bear the responsibility of the branch, its employees, reputation and portfolio
- Lead the WCO’s in achieving overall branch targets.
- Provide leadership to the day to day operations of the branch, achievement of branch targets, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
- Plan and direct the branch activities to achieve agreed targets and standards
- Consistently grow the company’s product portfolio through the Wealth Creation Officers.
- Develop branch team members
- Maintain and develop reputation towards staff, customers, suppliers, partners and office bodies.
Essential Qualifications
- The incumbent must be Holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years Branch Management experience from a DTM or Microfinance Institution
- High computer skills
