Stores Assistant at Nine One One Group
Nine One One Group a leading integrated security solutions provider with a presence in all major cities in Kenya and other selected cities in the East African region seeks to recruit a Stores Assistant.
Overall Job Purpose
Reporting to the Procurement Officer ; the successful candidates will provide an effective link between management and suppliers in execution of day to day activities in the procurement department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitoring Re order levels to avoid stock outs
2. Issuance of items from the store
3. Preparing LPO’s upon approval of order and supplier
4. Ensure effective inventory control to achieve improvements in stock turn over.
5. Establish and maintain database of vendors for goods and services required by the
company and any records pertaining to procurement and stores
6. Requisition goods and services to maintain the approved stock levels for all stores
Requirements:-
1. A minimum of a Diploma / University degree in a Business field preferably with a bias to
suppliers and procurement.
2. Proficiency in a relevant accounting software
3. Experience – Minimum 1 Year
4. Good communication and organization skills
