Motor Vehicle Assessors, Sales Executives and First Aid Trainer at AA Kenya
The AA of Kenya is a Motoring Organization with a rich heritage, a countrywide network and International affiliation providing a wide range of motoring services with road safety as the guiding principle.
The Association seeks to fill the positions of Motor Vehicle Assessors, Corporate Sales Executives and First Aider Trainer.
Motor Vehicle Assessors
Requirements:-
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum age – 25 years.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a busy garage and capable of repairing all types of vehicle including modern technologies’ vehicles.
- Ready to work anywhere in Kenya under minimum supervision.
- Holder of a clean driving license with at least 2 years driving experience – “ BCE”
- Holder of a valid riding license or ready to learn how to ride will be an added advantage.
- 2 years motor vehicle valuation/assessment experience will be an added advantage but not a requirement.
Corporate Sales Executives
Requirements:-
- A degree with 2 years marketing experience or a diploma in marketing with 3 years experience.
- Proven experience in developing and building collaborative business relationships and managing clients at corporate level.
- Proven ability in designing and developing products and services to fulfill a dynamic market
- High quality presentation, selling, organizational, interpersonal, planning and oral communication skills
- Dynamic, proactive and self motivated with ability to work independently in an efficient and timely manner.
- Strong working knowledge of e-marketing strategies.
- Experience in the service or insurance industry will be an added advantage.
First Aid Trainer
Requirements:-
- Diploma in First Aid or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Qualified as an emergency Medical Technician or equivalent.
- Minimum age – 25 years.
- Minimum 2 years experience in First Aid training/Instruction in a busy environment. Certification as an EMS Instructor will be an advantage.
- Ready to work anywhere in Kenya under minimum supervision. He/she should also be ready to grow and take up other areas of training e.g driving.
- Ability to develop first aid training materials and research on current motoring and first aid issues.
