We seek to recruit Guarding Supervisors .

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Operations Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for .

• Deployment of  Guards to different assignments based on customer specific needs and nature of the assignment;
• Conducting  quality checks on manpower and enforcement of discipline
• Providing  leadership to guards at first level through setting and enforcing performance goals;
• Continuously train and coach guards on their work assignment instructions;
• Conducting basic security investigations and preserving evidence;
• Inspecting  guards at their assignments and ensuring that they are properly kitted
• Overall supervision of guards

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum KCSE mean grade C Minus or its equivalent.
• Between 28 and 40 years old
• Minimum 2 year  experience as a supervisor
• Be the holder of driving License class “F”
