Farm Manager/Project Manager at Sublime Farms
Sublime Farms Intl is seeking a qualified candidate to work as a Farm manager/ Project manager to commission a new poultry Farming operation in Murang’a Kenya, the company intends to finance a rapid expansion program into rearing several additional types of animals by mind 2014. An ideal candidate should be ready (and demonstrate the ability) to execute a complex business plan.
Full time accommodation will be provided for a suitable candidate.
Employee will be expected to perform both basic and managerial duties at the beginning of the operation.
Compensation will include a handsome performance bonus.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree or Diploma in Agriculture or Animal Sciences from a recognized University.
- A minimum 1 year working experience in a modern farming/animal husbandry operation.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Demonstrate previous experience with finance management and record keeping.
- Be between 24 and 40 years of age.
