Job Description: Entrepreneur

Jumia will provide you the training and the tools to make sales and grow until you become a real leader fully sustainable.  The skills required to be part of the program are the following:

• Need to be hard worker, very disciplined and hyper motivated
• You’ll need to leverage your network
• You’ll need to be able to convince people to join your team
• Being able to plan your work and setup targets that you’ll reach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Requirement to be part of the Graduate Program

• Come to the first training
• Being selected by the JForce team
• Bring ID pictures, and ID cards
• Bring 500 Ksh for registration fees
