Court Clerk Vacancy at Fanisi HR Solutions
Our client, a law firm, is looking for a Court Clerk
1. Organise and maintain court files and documentation ensuring a proper flow of information and documentation through the court system
2. Carry out research as required
3. Ensure the team of advocates has all the relevant information and documentation as required
4. Manage routine correspondence and enquiries
5. Submit files for signature
6. Attend court hearings and trials to record information
7. Proof read and distribute opinions, correspondence and orders
Requirements:
1. At least a Diploma in Law from a recognized institution
2. At least 2 years relevant experience
