We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the following position.

Tracking Controllers

[3 Posts]

The successful candidates will be working within the company tracking control system, monitoring the movement of vehicles and assets across the country.

Key Responsibilities.

Responsible for tracking control room based vehicle tracking platforms [MS Track Pro, Mzone, Vepamon, Skygistics, ASCENT etc and ensure all are working.
Ensuring that any system failure is reported to seniors for corrective action.
Coordination of information from branches in respect of ECT’s Tagging and Untagging and releasing periodic updates to clients and Branches on tagged cargo and vehicle positions.
Communicating cases of Corridor deviations, Incidents, accidents and seal Tampers to the relevant people and documenting the same in the OB.

Key Attributes

Minimum K.C.S.E C – or equivalent.
Must be computer literate.
Must have the ability to understand maps and coordinate systems. Knowledge of Geographical locations in the region shall be a distinct advantage.
Must have the ability to use a GPS.
Must know the ICAO Phonetic alphabet and understand Radio protocols.
Must have good communication and decision making skills and the capacity to handle emergencies flawlessly.
Must have analytical skills and the ability to work to work under pressure.
Good oral communication skills.
Must have at least two years relevant experience and ability to monitor client’s vehicles and assets from multiple tracking platforms.
Experience in using any of the industry standard tracking software systems is a distinct advantage.
