Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate products/services promotional activities and events with appointed agencies and ensure adherence to corporate and product brand guidelines
- Promote a positive company image
- Participate in developing and ensuring implementation of effective customer care mechanisms that ensure responsiveness to customers’ expectations
- Coordinate preparation of budgets and control expenditure for the section
- Provide leadership, staff development and ensure an environment of discipline and team work

Personal Assistant – CEO’S Office

Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate the administrative responsibilities of the CEO’s office.
- Ensure efficient secretarial services to the CEO’s office.
- Monitor office operational activities and schedules to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Facilitate and coordinate inter-departmental meetings.
- Process all correspondence to shareholders, directors, partners, banks, service providers and other stakeholders and deal with routine inquiries.
- Make local and international travel arrangements for the CEO and other staff as directed.
- Manage the flow of internal and external information/communication within the CEO’s office.
- Coordinate activities, functions and logistics within the CEO’s office.
- Maintain effective filing system for the CEO’s office.
- Keep the diary and schedule meetings in consultation with the CEO.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
- Bachelors degree in Business Studies/Administration, Business Management, Communication, Marketing, postgraduate diploma in Business and Secretarial duties will be an additional advantage

Qualifications and Competencies

Marketing Unit Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotion and marketing of SMEP DTM’s products,
- Customer recruitment,
- Loan appraisals and approval,
- Custodian of company assets,

- Field supervision
- Liaison with collaborators and partners, Report writing among other duties
- Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Banking, Finance or Economics from any recognized and chartered university

Systems Security Administrator
The Systems Security Administrator will be expected to put in measures to safeguard company, shareholders, staff and clients data/information across the Network on a T24 Banking System environment and other Business Systems in the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor, review and secure the WAN/LAN, Internet, Website and other online resources for the company
- Monitor, review and secure T24 Banking System and integrated Channels
- Monitor, review and secure all Business Systems and integrated 3rd party systems
- Develop and deploy systems security features necessary to safeguard company systems
- Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of all company data and information, stored locally and remotely.
- Executive recovery procedures on security breaches of systems and ensure no recurrence
- Review and ensure secure integration of new business systems, internal and external system services and user access, as need arise.
- Conduct reviews of data in the company systems to search for any fraudulent/unauthentic transactions or records.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure security of all systems integrated on the network.
- Conduct periodic tests and reviews of system security installations that have been setup to safeguard access of data/information across the company.
- Support internal and external customers to ensure security of all systems within and integrated on the network.
- Conduct training and awareness on systems, data and information security across the company as need arise.
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
- Must have BSc Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Must hold valid Certification in Systems Security from a recognised institution(s)
- Must be well versed with T24 Banking System administration
- Must be well versed with Systems Security Standards
- Should have 3 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution(s)
- Should be aged between 25 – 35 years
- Must be a committed Christian
Regional Team Leader
- Ensure organization’s policy, procedures, and business plans are clearly explained, understood and implemented within the Region
- Set realistic targets and monitor performance management process, appraisals and evaluation for each Business Units within the Region. Must also ensure portfolio quality is maintained through effective monitoring, evaluation and follow up on the Units under their jurisdiction
- Carry out deposit mobilization activities and initiatives in the Region.
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders in the Region.
- Ensure submission of accurate & timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the supervisor within the given deadlines.
- Ensure cost effective implementation of business plans and all other activities as per the set out budgets for the Region.
- Support the implementation of an effective staff management process is in place and operational for their Region; recruitment, induction/orientation, training, performance management, discipline and growth and development.
- Advices the supervisor on matters related to credit operations and provide market intelligence information to guide in policy formulation and attain competitive advantage. Coordinate market surveys for new areas, potential markets and credit needs analysis within the Region.
- Ensure adherence to effective checks and balances, procedures and clear audit trails within the Business Units and carry out other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
- Masters degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Social Science
- Diploma in microfinance or banking field
- Be aged between 35-45 years
- Have 5 years relevant work experience preferably in a financial/microfinance environment

Chief Accountant
The Chief Accountant is also expected to play an integral part in developing long-term goals including writing of proposals for investment that will help in growing business besides implementing financial strategies created by management.
Duties and responsibilities
- Daily cash flow and treasury management and provide analysis that support management in making short and long term financial decisions.
- Coordinate budget preparation, monitor and ensure control of the same
- Manage all aspects of company financial records, assets and liability management, using available software e.g. for purchasing, customer invoicing, credit control & VAT
- Should be conversant with T24 Banking System
- Manage all aspects of the company accounting structures and processes, including support to business unit heads, other budget and P&L holders; and including preparation of monthly management accounts
- In charge of payment and responsible for collection and banking of revenue
- Responsible for annual statutory audit and writing of proposals for investment
- Supervise a team of accountants
- Manage the company ad-hoc expense payments, including petty cash
- Responsible for Business bank account management, including bank reconciliation
- Deputize for the Head of Finance at certain times for which delegated authority will be given
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting option) or Business Finance/Administration/Economics or related field. Training in microfinance or banking field will be an added advantage
- Must be a CPA (K) or ACCA finalist in related accounting, finance or audit field.
- Computer literate in the relevant accounting packages
- Be aged between 30-40 years
- Have 5 years’ experience 3 of which in a similar position preferably in a financial/microfinance environment
