Customer Care Executives
The incumbent being the first contact with external and internal customers will be expected to acquaint themselves with the Company’s business and products to assist visitors appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive all visitors to the office in a pleasant and courteous manner and to direct them to the appropriate offices.
- Compile reports and other correspondence that may be assigned by designated officers from time to time.
- Will be in charge of the reception area and ensure that the area depicts a good image of the Group
- Receive correspondence delivered to the reception and to ensure that they are delivered to the right office without delay.
- Diploma in Business Management, Administration
- Training in Customer Service or Public Relations.
- Minimum of 1 year telephone experience in a busy environment
- Proven experience in public relations and ability to deal with people at all levels
- Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Typing speed of between 40 – 50 wpm
The incumbent will work in conjunction with Producers and the production team in realizing project ideas and vision, and ensure that the commercials and promo functions are achieved.
- Creative conceptualization of commercials, promotional material and other TX properties
- Meeting clients and discussing creative concepts and ideas
- Develop concepts and scripts
- Effective planning and organization of production requirements
- Supervise packaging and directing of filming processes
- Edit and package product creatively using audio and visual effects
- Degree in Media studies or Electronic media
- Diploma in Television production
- Working odd hours and meeting deadlines
- Editing on Final cut pro and/or any other software
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in TV production
