2 Positions Nairobi, 2 Positions Mombasa / Upcountry
Major 1 year deliverable: Increase sales and build an effective team that ensures consistent service delivery at the branch.
- A minimum of 5-6 years sales experience with 2 years in a managerial position.
- Tyre and automotive industry candidates will be preferred.
- Must be target driven with a proven exceptional energy and drive to sell, negotiate and work with little or no supervision.
2 Positions Nairobi, 2 Positions Mombasa / Upcountry

- Tyre and automotive industry candidates will be preferred.
- Must be target-driven with a proven exceptional energy and drive to sell, negotiate and work with little or no supervision.
1 Position
Major 1 year deliverable:
- To develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to support ICT services across the organization.
- To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks in all areas of our operations.
- To support both our Head Office and Retail point of sales and ensure users get maximum benefits from the smooth running of our IT systems.
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience in IT, with 2 years in a managerial position.
- Must be able to prioritise and manage many open cases at one time and work with little or no supervision.
Major 1 year deliverable: Integrate credit policy with sales force to meet company objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification with a minimum of 4 years experience in credit control and with 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong on systems, internal controls and exceptional problem solving abilities.
- Must be analytical and have the ability to interpret and reconcile complex data.
