Call Centre (Tele-Sales) Agents (German or French Speaking)

Working Hours: 8:30-5:30
To support our successful team in Kenya, GlanMedix is looking for 2 Call center Agents, with business fluency in German or French Language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain new leads through outbound calling efforts to potential clients.
- Answer business calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries and make follow up calls.
- Any other duty assigned by Manager in the line of duty.
Key Requirements
- Interest in selling medical Equipment/products to German or French hospitals via phone calls.
- Fluency in Oral and Written German or French
- Good work ethics and basic PC-knowledge (MS office, Email, Skype)
- He /She should be able to meet the set targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and also within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, with minimum or no supervision.

NB:
Language Certificates from Goethe or Alliance Françoise will be an added advantage.
Prior sales and/or call center experience is desirable.
