Position: Admin Assistant
We seek to recruit for an experienced administrative assistant.
The successful candidate should be presentable, young, organized and able to remain calm.
Some duties & responsibilities:

Receiving and making phone calls.
Attending to visitors and directing them appropriately.
Responding to emails.
Typing correspondence.
Managing stationery.
In-charge of parcels, mails, logistics etc.
Petty cash handling.
Performing other duties as instructed from time to time.
Qualifications: Business admin/management course preferred.
Experience: 3 years and above.
Duty station: Nairobi
Commencement date: As soon as possible.
Salary: Competitive.
