As part of our growth plan we are recruiting qualified and competent people for the following positions:
Roles
- Identifying growth opportunities for the business within the Comesa Markets
- Developing and executing business growth and marketing strategies
- Formulating Business development and Marketing budget
- Development of sales forecasts and targets and strategies to achieve them,
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in marketing/ strategy
- Goods skills in project management, planning and strategy execution
- Experience in research and products development
- Excellent in research and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Over 5 years’ experience in Business development/ marketing management.
- Good understating of the Comesa markets
2. Brand Managers
Roles
- Developing and executing brand strategies
- Developing sales & distribution channels for the Brands.
- Market and consumer research for the brand.
- Coordinating advertising and marketing agencies to ensure Brand objectives are achieved.
- Achieving the sales volumes for the brand
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences and a post graduate in marketing
- Experience in trade marketing and promotions of consumer goods
- Excellent skills in research and data analysis
- Over 3 years’ experience in brand or marketing management.
- Good Knowledge of the EAC markets
3. Project Manager
Roles
- Designing and implementation of Industrial and Technical Projects
- Preparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, its goal and deliverables
- Liaising with consultants, suppliers of various Industrial and technical equipment’s
- Supervising and coordinating contractors
- Overseeing the technological aspects of the projects
- Tracking project deliveries to ensure they are aligned to the objectives
- Project risk assessment and compliance
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Engineering with preference to Manufacturing or Mechanical engineering
- Ability to initiate/manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects
- Possesses Critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving skills
- Over 5 year Experience in delivering manufacturing projects
- Ability to identify key suppliers, pre-qualifying of suppliers and tendering process
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills
4. Accountant
Roles
- Preparing periodic financial statements including management accounts
- Undertaking costing analyses
- Inventory management
- Preparation and management of budgets
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Bachelor of Commerce Accounting option
- Qualified CPA(K) or equivalent
- Over 5 years’ experience in in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge ERP, excel spreadsheet.
5. Store keeper
Roles
- Inventory and stores management
- Liaising with suppliers and clearing agents
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in stores and warehousing management.
- Should have some knowledge in accounting( CPA part 2)
- Good knowledge in ERP, excel spreadsheet
