Hotel Manager
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management.
- Masters degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a management position in a hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and responsibilities
- Refurbishing current set up and supervising maintenance
- Setting up other hotels within the group.
- Project management.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing in FMCGs with at least 2 years as a marketing/sales manager.
- Proven relationship building skills;
- Ability to work within a KPI driven environment;
- Proven creativity and innovation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Undertake new-product development and market research
- Develop and execute marketing plans and projects for existing and new products
- Constantly provide strategies for increasing the products market share.
- Manage and train the marketing team.
