Description
The software developer will work closely with the Development Manager and the Chief Technology officer on innovative application development.
Responsibilities
- Write clear and well-structured codes.
- Work in a team environment and write component services that will be used by others, and use the one created by them.
- Work with the system architecture and product teams for rapid prototyping and quick release cycles (agile, scrum).
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Education
A Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Soft ware engineering, or any related design field.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Must possess strong experience designing and working with secure and tier architectures
- Well versed in .Net Framework 4.0 and C# (Knowledge of PHP, Ruby and Java will be an advantage)
- Familiarity with test driven development and MVC pattern
- Attention to detail and Demonstration of accuracy and thoroughness
- Exceptional organization and Technical skills
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
