Our Companies in East Africa incorporate the most appropriate advanced production technologies across a wide range of projects mainly in the following sectors – Food and Agro Processing ,Printing and Packaging, Specialized Textiles, Leather, Pharmaceuticals and Infrastructure.
As an HR strategy for enhancing business development and achieving Shareholder value, the Company wishes to recruit individuals from any of the Member Countries of the East African Community to join the Company’s General Management Programme which is a Senior Management Development Programme.
Successful Candidates will be paced through a fast track Development Programme with a view to eventually being appointed to Senior Level Management positions within General Management.
Candidate Profile:
- A Graduate with a minimum of a first Degree from a reputable University.
- Possession of an MBA or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years Management experience and/or cross functional / International experience in a successful commercial enterprise.
- Below 35 years.
- Demonstrable strong leadership and analytical skills
- Keen interest in General Management.
- Applicants currently working at Departmental Head/ Assistant General Manager level are encouraged to apply.
